Our company has rooted in the stationery manufacturing industry for more than 38 years, focusing on plastic injection molding stationery production and innovative educational stationery research and development.

Brand & Factory Development History

1986: Our predecessor factory was officially established, focusing on plastic injection molding technology research and mass production, laying a solid technical foundation for subsequent stationery manufacturing.
2004: The factory completed brand upgrading and restructuring, officially registered the independent brand Xin Le. With more than 30 years of professional injection molding manufacturing experience, we have formed standardized and mature full-process production systems for plastic stationery.
September 2018: We launched our high-end creative educational stationery brand UP TOP, focusing on the R&D and production of building block-themed educational stationery. We combine fun building block toys with daily student stationery, turning children’s favorite growth toys into practical learning partners, and stimulating children’s learning interest from an interactive and interesting perspective.
January 2020: To expand overall production capacity, optimize production workflow and improve manufacturing efficiency, our factory relocated to a brand-new standardized production plant covering an area of 5,500 square meters, further upgrading our large-scale bulk order delivery capability to meet growing global procurement demands.

Complete Production Equipment & Strict Quality Control System

We are equipped with a full set of professional injection molding production equipment to support independent one-stop production, including multiple injection molding machines, plastic color mixing machines, plastic dryers and plastic crushers, which realize self-controlled raw material processing and integrated molding of plastic stationery.

To guarantee exquisite surface printing effect and stable product quality, we are equipped with supporting printing equipment such as pad printers, screen printers and thermal transfer machines. Meanwhile, we introduce multiple imported automatic blade assembly machines to realize automated assembly of core stationery parts, effectively reducing manual errors and improving product consistency.

For our exclusive UP TOP building block stationery series, we have built a dedicated professional R&D center supported by intelligent design software. We also introduced the most advanced fully automatic intelligent building block packaging machine in the industry, achieving a packaging accuracy rate of 99.8%, which ensures standardized packaging, intact product appearance and efficient packaging output for all creative stationery products.
